Fe Fe Fanclub is a flexible playcare service, giving parents and caregivers up to 2 hours of stress-free time while little ones play, explore and have fun in a safe and engaging space. Whether you’re grabbing lunch, squeezing in a workout, tackling your to-do list or just taking a moment for yourself, we’re here to make it easier. Think of us as your go-to playcare club in Islington - a place where kids get all the fun, care, and creativity they deserve, while you enjoy a well-earned break.

Playcare is a fresh, flexible take on childcare, blending engaging play activities with high-quality care - without the need for parents to stay!
What age range of children can attend Fe Fe Fanclub?
We care for children from 3 months to 6 years old (though we can be flexible if your kids are a little older). Our team is trained to cater to each age group with age-appropriate activities, ensuring a fun and engaging environment for all.
What can my child do at Fe Fe Fanclub?
Our space is designed to spark imagination, encourage movement and build confidence through play. Each visit is an adventure with plenty to discover, including:
Soft Play Zone – A safe, sensory-rich space featuring IGLU playsets, where kids can climb, crawl and build. It’s perfect for boosting gross motor skills, social interaction and creative problem-solving, all while having tons of fun!
Role Play Zone – Let imaginations run wild in our mini kitchen and supermarket setup, where children can cook up a storm, shop for their favourite goodies and dive into pretend play that nurtures creativity and social skills.
Reading Zone – A cozy corner filled with beautiful, engaging books that spark curiosity and storytelling, perfect for winding down and sharing a quiet moment.
Climbing Frame – A Montessori-inspired wooden climbing tower, designed to encourage independence, motor skill development and confidence. It's the perfect space for little climbers!
And so much more! Every session at Fe Fe Fanclub is designed to balance movement, creativity, and relaxation, ensuring a fun-filled experience tailored to your child’s needs.
What will be your opening hours? Do you offer weekend care?
Yes! We’ll be open on weekends and our opening hours are:
Monday - Friday: 9.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sunday: 10 AM – 3 PM
How do you pronounce Fe Fe Fanclub?
Fe Fe Fanclub is pronounced "Fee Fee Fanclub"
Can I book for a short session if I only need to drop off my child for a class or short appointment?
Yes! Sessions can be booked for either 1 or 2 hours, giving you the flexibility to fit us into your schedule.
Will you offer flexible start times (for example, every half hour)?
To ensure a smooth and settled experience for all children, sessions will start on the half hour through the week and on the hour at weekends. However, if you need to collect your child early, that’s absolutely fine, just let us know in advance!
Is it possible to extend a booked session by a few minutes (to accommodate gym classes or other activities)?
As each session runs on an hourly basis, we’re unable to extend sessions by just a few minutes, and the maximum stay per visit is 2 hours. That said, if you have an urgent situation, let us know, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you and your little one.
Will there be a stay-and-play area?
At launch, Fe Fe Fanclub will be a drop-off service only. However, we hope to introduce a stay-and-play area very soon, so watch this space!
Will there be a café or social area where parents can relax, work, or grab a coffee while their children play?
We’ll have a reception area where you can grab a coffee to go and there will also be outdoor seating if you’d like to relax while your child is with us.
Will there be designated areas or events to help parents connect with one another and build a community?
Building a community is so important to us! While we only have limited seating outside, we’ll be looking at ways to bring parents together through events and future developments in the space.
Can I drop off children of different age groups at the same time and are there activities for babies, toddlers and older kids?
Absolutely! Our team is trained to care for little ones of all ages and we’ll have age-appropriate activities to keep them entertained.
How do you ensure that the same, reliable, and well-known carers are assigned to my child?
We’re proud to have an incredible team of childcare professionals, many of whom are moving over from Third Space’s Little Space team! Our staff are DBS-checked, First Aid trained and many hold Level 3 childcare qualifications, with backgrounds in nurseries and schools.
How do you handle child safeguarding and ensure children remain secure on the premises?
The space is fully gated and all children must be checked in and out by a registered guardian. We take safety seriously and follow best practices to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
Will parents receive updates or photos during the session, especially for those who are new or nervous about leaving their children?
As Fe Fe Fanclub offers short-term childcare, we won’t be providing photo updates. However, if your child has trouble settling, we’ll be in touch. You're also welcome to stay close by, we have outdoor seating where you can relax with a coffee while they settle in!
How does the online booking system work, and can I book on short notice or cancel if needed?
Yes! Head over to our booking page, where you’ll be able to view availability, book, and cancel easily, all in just a few clicks. Walk-ins are also welcome, so pop in on the day or call ahead and if we have availability, you’re in!
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a booking, just click the change/cancel appointment link in your confirmation email. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours before your booking.
What will the pricing model be? Is the service competitively priced compared to hiring a babysitter?
Our service is priced from £17 per hour, with our discounted bundles. For ad-hoc it’s £20 per hour and £40 for two hours.
Where is Fe Fe Fanclub located and is it be near Third Space or other local amenities?
We’re located in Islington Square, just off Upper Street. Our space is tucked away in a safe, quiet boulevard with 24-hour security, away from the busy roads.
Can I leave the premises (for example, to visit a nearby gym, salon, or restaurant) and return to pick up my child?
Of course - that’s exactly what we’re here for! Whether you want to catch up with friends, grab a bite to eat, or enjoy some self-care, you’re free to go about your day. All we ask is that you remain contactable and pick your little one up on time.
